Replacement, Return and Warranty Policy

*Receiving a damaged or defective product

*Receiving a product different from the one ordered.

*A product is missing or missing from the order received.

General terms and conditions for return:

* Return fees: 20-25 SAR.

* The original packaging must be available, and the product must be in its original, sealed condition.

* Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States are non-refundable.

* Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7-21 business days.

* Products purchased online are non-returnable from stores.

* The company reserves the right to refuse warranty refund requests in the event of misuse.
